There is an AO3 bug where some relationships in the tagset do not appear in the drop-down menu. If this happens, please copy and paste the relationship from the tagset.

You may offer a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 fandoms, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 20 relationships per fandom.
You may request a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 fandoms, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 20 relationships per fandom.
'Any' means you are requesting/offering all relationships in the tagset which have been nominated under the requested/offered fandom.

Signups close at 23:59 Uniform time on the 23rd of July.

Question!

How does matching for Crossover Fandoms work? If you offer only one relationship, A & B, is there also a chance you'd get matched to A &C or B & D when you may not know who C and D are?

You are matched on a minimum of one fandom, and one relationship under that fandom. So if you offer Crossover Fandoms and A & B under that fandom, you'd only be matched to someone who requests A & C and/or B & D only if they also offer A & B.
